I am a Northwest Florida native, born in Mariana, Florida and growing up in Chipley with family from Tallahassee to Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. I started working in childcare with my parents at their privately owned daycare in Chipley at the age of 18.
I began my pursuit of a career in Early Childhood Development at Chipola Jr. College, in Mariana. I have worked with children, for 29 years, from ages infant to 11years of age at several prestigious childcare facilities including The Big Bend Center for childcare in Tallahassee, Fl. under the guidance of Ms. Pam Phelps,author of Beyond Centers and Circle Time Curriculum, TheRoane School in Destin, Fl., The Light House Christian School, Gulf Breeze, Fl., launched and opened several daycare centers, and worked at the CDC East on Hurlburt Field AFB in Ft. Walton Beach, Fl., NAEYC accredited.

I am also certified and accredited to run child care facilities VPK program. I hold a Child Development Credential and a Director’s Credential, as well as an AS in Early Childhood,and I am currently continuing my education to complete myBAS degree in Business Administration with an estimatedgraduating day in May 2023. I am a proud mother of 3 three amazing children. I am also blessed to have been married forTwenty-nine (29) years to Mr. Frederic (Chef Freddy) Miller.

My love and passion for children and to provide a quality of care above what has been experienced or seen has prompted me to launch and open Champions R Us Learning Academywhere we champion, support, and promote children’s individual growth through learning and exploring.

I will be an advocate of and for children and the care of and for all little ones. It is my belief that positive learning experiences early in life will enrich and stimulate a child’s future growth.
